THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE AT www.ezyauto.com.my. PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU CHOOSE TO REGISTER WITH US OR ORDER FROM US.

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering as an EzyAUTO member. However, please take note that certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions stated here at any point of time without any prior notice.

2. ORDERING
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will then send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 However, in cases where we have run out of stock, we will still send you an order acknowledgement, as well as a notification to inform that you have been placed under the waiting list for the next earliest shipment. Due to the fact that our products are also sold offline, there may be instances of unavailable stock at certain point of time. This could occur if your order was incidentally placed after the order confirmation for our offline business. For more details, please refer to clause 4.7.
2.3 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we change the order status to pending. Once the goods are ready to be delivered, we will send you a dispatch confirmation via email. When we dispatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.4 We may refuse to accept an order:
1. where goods are no longer available (discontinuation of sales);
2. where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
3.if there has been a pricing or product description error;
4.if the goods are defective

3. PAYMENT
PayPal / Credit Card / Direct Fund Transfer
3.1 We accept payment via PayPal’s secure gateway. PayPal does not require that you have a PayPal account. They provide a service to consumers whereby you enter your card information and it is processed on a one time basis only. It’s assured that your credit card details will not be revealed to us at any point of time. Other than PayPal / Credit Card, we also accept Direct Fund Transfer via local banks.
3.2 For direct fund transfers, kindly email your transaction details to ezyauto@gmail.com once you have made the full payment to avoid any unnecessary delay.
3.3 We practice first-come-first-served basis in the delivery of goods upon receipt of full payment. Thus, you are advised to make the full payment within THREE working days in order to secure a confirmed delivery for your ordered products.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
4.1 Prices listed are by default in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Other than MYR, you also have a choice to select your preferred currency on our website.
4.2 Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
4.3 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see depend solely on your monitor’s display quality, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product delivered.
4.4 All sizes and measurements are estimated figures; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
4.5 We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system.
4.6 We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been wrongly published, including prices and promotions.
4.7 Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

5.CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
1. You can notify us by sending email to kennylim79@yahoo.com.sg before we dispatch the goods to you. Once the ordered goods are dispatched, we do not accept any cancellation of orders.

6. SERVICE ACCESS
6.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
6.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

7.1 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including the photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website for any purpose is prohibited.
