– Delivery of goods will only be done once we received full payment for each order.
– Delivery of goods for each order will be done within 48 hours upon receipt of full payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
– Should there be any defects found on the goods received, customers are advised to return the goods to us within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Any returns of goods after the 7 days period will not be entertained unless otherwise related to warranty issues (only applicable for certain products). Please include your name, contact number, and order number with the return.
– Customers hold full responsibility on the incurred charges for any returns of goods (to send back to EzyAUTO for investigation) as well as products lost or damaged before they reach us. We will not be liable for any items lost or damaged in transit through mail.
– Upon investigation, we at EzyAUTO will bear the cost to send back the goods (either new or repaired) to customers but this term solely depends on the investigation results. Nonetheless, if the warranty of the goods was found to be void and if our customer still wants back the goods, then our customers will have to bear the necessary charges (for EzyAUTO to send to customers). – The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 6.1 will not apply in the following circumstances: –
1. the event that the product has been used; or
2. in the event of any cosmetic damage, acts of god, misuse, accidents, commercial use, any modifications to the product, improper connection, improper use, or attempted repair by unauthorized dealers; or
3. in the event that the product is damaged by a connecting product that may have cause damage through misuse or malfunction; or
4. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
